HLSQ-350C stone bridge saw is a four-axis integrated bridge saw machine, which adopts PLC control for the rotation of the head. This machine is suitable for executing any type of linear and curved cutting, surface shaping, and profiling with shoulder of the blade. With its user-friendly touch screen interface, the machine is easy to operate, and you can input module data directly, without needing to program. This bridge cutting machine is designed specifically for cutting sintered bricks, granite, marble, quartz, or other natural and engineered stone slabs.The overall structure of this machine is compact, and it can be easily moved and installed without requiring any foundation. It has a small footprint of 3200*2000mm, which saves space in your workshop.
The X/Y/Z axis of the machine is built with linear guidance, which ensures perfect cutting precision. Additionally, the Z-axis movement is powered by a screw, which ensures better accuracy and stability of the cutting tool positioning.This bridge saw machine has an automatic head rotation feature, allowing it to perform 0°-360° automatic rotations and blade positioning.
